As I declared in last month's blog,
I finally got the IRENISA high-neck knit!!
I started wearing it the day I bought it,
and to put it mildly, it’s amazing.
That night was a chilly 12°C, but
just wearing this knit took the edge off the cold,
and when I went indoors and felt a bit hot,
I could just fold down the high neck to adjust the temperature.
I love it so much that it's already a top contender
for my personal best buy of the year (innerwear category).
By the way, I also quietly
bought the black shirt from the clasik
that I mentioned in that blog, too.
Yes.
This is now my fourth black shirt,
but they’re all different, so I still don’t have enough.
I’ve bought two pieces of clothing this month already,
but I still find myself wanting more.
Thinking about how I’m steadily marching toward the gallows again this month makes me shudder, haha.
Anyway, putting my personal situation aside,
I’m here to introduce another amazing item today!
KHOKI
-Jacquard-design cardigan-
When you think of KHOKI, you think of this item—
their paper-cut pattern knit series, which has continued for several seasons
and has a deep-rooted fan base.
This season, it’s a jacquard-knit cardigan
that expresses the paper-cut design in multiple colors.
The paper-cut series, a KHOKI staple,
is created by actually making paper cuts and combining them.
The thoughts and sensations of that moment.
Designs born not from necessity, but from coincidence.
They are a group that miraculously came together
after gaining experience at various renowned brands.
Changing from a group into a "brand team,"
their creations cannot be described by a simple word like "unique."
They are a design team that proposes items to excite fashion lovers
without forgetting respect for past clothing or a sense of playfulness.
There is a certain confidence in the craftsmanship
that reflects their backbone and beliefs,
and even the design, which includes the element of chance
inherent in paper-cutting where you can never make the exact same thing twice,
feels like it turns into "necessity" for them.
I love all the brands we carry at sign,
but if someone asked me "Which one is your number one?"
I’m such a fan that I would answer KHOKI, haha.
The appeal of KHOKI for me is the
originality you won't find in any other brand,
and the feeling that just by putting on their clothes,
you become "special."
I know these aren't clothes that will suit or be understood by everyone,
but they are items that let you shake off those public perceptions
and make you want to wear them, turning your daily life into something special.
Previously, I had the chance to speak with the KHOKI team,
and they mentioned that this cardigan
is also perfect as an inner layer for
coats or blousons.
I took those words from the gods to heart, haha.
As it gets colder and the number of items available decreases,
please choose the best piece for you
before it's gone!!
