Some news came across my feed recently.
The "Super Sentai Series" is
bringing its 50-year history to an end.
I haven't watched it much lately,
but knowing it's coming to an end makes me feel a bit lonely.
Waking up early every Sunday morning,
I used to love glued to the TV watching
the Sentai series → Kamen Rider → Precure.
Whenever Christmas or my birthday was coming up,
I’d always beg my parents for the toys, haha.
I was especially captivated by the gadgets in the Sentai shows,
and I think the allure of the support weapons and the robots
that would appear to fight giant monsters
truly gripped the hearts of boys all across the country.
The fact that things that started as vehicles
would combine with other teammates' vehicles—
I was absolutely obsessed with the transformation mechanisms
during those combinations, and I’d get so excited watching it every week!
Thinking about it now, the Sentai series had a huge influence on me
and is likely why I started becoming interested in robots and gadgets.
As you become an adult, you have many new experiences and encounters,
and a whole new world opens up for you,
but the things you used to love gradually fade away
and disappear before you know it.
Perhaps that’s just part of growing up,
but I don't want to forget those things, precisely because
they are important pieces that make up who we are today.
Of course, it’s difficult to keep things exactly the same,
so I think they slowly change their form
into something that suits the person we’ve become.
In my case, my love for robots from Sentai influenced me to like cars and camping gear,
and then just things that transform in general—
my interests have shifted and expanded infinitely little by little.
That even influences my choice in clothing; I like pieces that aren’t just standard designs,
or things where the sleeves come off or the colors change.
When I think that the things I like today might be a transformation
and a connection to the things I loved as a kid,
doesn't that just seem incredibly interesting!

"CURRENT" + "VINTAGE" and "CURRENT" + "AGE" (the generation living in the now)—suggests,
they offer a collection that adds a modern essence
to clothing loved across generations.
Inspired by an old fishing jacket catalog
from a famous American outdoor manufacturer,
this is a highly functional and fashionable piece of outerwear
that fuses military and outdoor elements.
True to its name, this blouson is reversible,
switching into a jacket with an entirely different look
from the front to the back.
The fact that even the collar material changes...
it really tickles the boyish heart.
If it were just a regular reversible piece,
