Hello! I'm Haru, a fashion geek!
Today marks the end of July.
Thank you so much to everyone who visited us and
shopped with us this month.
Looking back, the 24AW season has officially kicked off,
and it has been a month where we received
the best items from many brands,
including KHOKI, IRENISA, Shuzo Matsuhashi,
and OVERCOAT.
Many people might think it’s still too early for
autumn/winter clothes since it’s still hot,
but in reality, the most popular items
disappear the fastest...
Both in-store and online,
we've had items sell out or reach their last one
within days of arrival,
which has made me realize once again that
encountering clothes is all about timing.
It has also been a month that really made me think
a lot about how I interact with customers and share information.
There were days where I didn't get the results I wanted,
but every time that happened, I faced those challenges head-on.
Although I still have a lot to learn, being supported by customers telling me
“I’m glad I bought this”
has only made my desire to become a staff member
who can make even better recommendations
stronger than ever before.
And tomorrow, we enter August.
NVRFRGT deliveries will begin,
the 24AW arrivals will intensify further,
and we have a succession of star-quality items
scheduled to arrive from each brand.
And, some special items as well...
In August, I will continue to do my best to share
the appeal of our clothing through our blog and Instagram,
so please look forward to it.
