At last! Heavy outerwear from ssstein has finally started to arrive in full force,
and I can really feel that the 26AW season is underway—I just can't contain my excitement!!
What's more, this delivery includes
the suede jacket that I’ve personally
been looking forward to so much.
I simply have to talk about this one, haha.
Of course, I’ll be sharing all the charms of this piece in detail,
so I hope it serves as a helpful reference
for those of you considering it.

Six months ago, the 26AW collection
was held in Paris.
The breathtaking collection showcased by the ssstein team, led by designer Mr. Asakawa, left us all speechless—
it was the season that truly propelled the ssstein name
to greater heights worldwide.
Honestly, every single item—or rather,
the entire styling was so good
that I wanted all of it,
but among them all, the item that stole my heart the most
was this suede jacket!!
It was love at first sight, haha.
This suede is the same one used previously,
which features
a high fiber density for excellent durability;
it’s a single-breasted blazer made
from goat suede. 
It’s a high-quality, matte suede
with a short nap and a thinner feel.
Also, by applying an ultra-thin resin finish to the back,
it maintains a crisp structure while the surface
retains a velvet-like texture—a modern and clean piece.
It doesn't feel rugged or overly leathery;
it's a modern garment typical of ssstein
that allows you to fully enjoy the softness
and elegance unique to suede.
At sign, this suede jacket is being offered in two colors.
The BROWN is certainly very attractive, but
personally, I am overwhelmingly
recommending the new "OLIVE" color!!
I’ve seen BROWN suede many times before,
but this OLIVE is unique to ssstein,
and once you learn the season's concept,
you'll want the OLIVE even more...
This season, ssstein’s collection
focuses on the "emotions" found in every scene of daily life.
The joys, sorrows, and various emotions
we encounter in everyday situations.
What we feel changes from moment to moment;
for instance, when you feel "warm" emotions
from a relationship built through casual conversation with a friend,
or the "melancholy" one might feel when looking at an ordinary landscape—
these are emotions that everyone harbors.
The collection was inspired by
and expresses these ideas.
Rather than instantaneous emotions,
the sense of atmosphere that drifts from long-standing relationships,
or from the lands and landscapes we've spent years in,
spreads slowly like a gradation,
filling the heart little by little.
Coupled with that seasonal theme, the color is softer
than any suede we've seen before.
While it has a sense of gravitas,
it also possesses a softness as if it had been with you for years.
Beyond the design, the texture and color of the leather on this item are truly incredible!
I believe these are subtle nuances that represent shifts in emotion,
but it is precisely because they are so meticulous about these details
that they create items that touch people's hearts.
I’m sure there are many people besides myself who have been looking forward to this leather jacket.
