Starting today, the "PURE STRAIGHT KHAKI DENIM,"
one of the staple silhouettes from BISOWN,

Today, I’d like to take some time to
really talk about this BISOWN denim
that I've been keeping under wraps.
Let’s jump right into the details.
BISOWN
-PURE STRAIGHT KHAKI DENIM-
When you think of denim, many likely imagine indigo,
but this particular pair defies that image in the best way
possible with its deep khaki color.
The fabric used comes from a manufacturer
that has been in operation since the early 1900s.
Rather than prioritizing efficiency through mass production,
they value creating products with added value,
even if it means sacrificing production speed.
Because of this, they produce fabric
with a certain warmth and character—
a hallmark of BISOWN's unique approach.
The material is 100% organic Turkish cotton,
and highly irregular yarns are used to create
that authentic, classic denim look.
And perhaps the most striking feature of this denim
is the "khaki-dyed" warp yarn.
By using warp yarns dyed in khaki rather than indigo,
it achieves a deep, complex color profile
that sets it apart from typical colored denim.
Of course, it’s not just the color that has changed.
Like standard indigo denim, it undergoes rope dyeing
using sulfur dyes, so the color will gradually shift
