The item I’m introducing today is something I had originally
planned to show you a bit later.
But since it would undoubtedly be gone by then,
I’m rushing to get this blog post out!

A short-sleeved regular collar shirt crafted with a minimal
and modern approach, using the same fabric as the long-sleeve version
I introduced previously.
As I mentioned when I introduced the long-sleeve, the thing that draws me in
most this season is the "color palette."
The soft, warm tones that we haven't seen from ssstein before
add a new essence to a brand that has historically
had a strong reputation for monotone pieces.
Now that it’s gradually getting warmer,
the colors inherent in this fabric stand out even more,
creating a contemporary impression that is both refined
and reminiscent of the warmth of spring.
Every color is a great choice, but personally,
I feel that the one that really stands out is the white—
but this "OFF WHITE" is uniquely specific to this season!!
This is just a geeky theory of mine, but
the inspiration for this season might be the photography of Corinne Day.
In photography, there is a technique called halation
(a phenomenon where bright light enters the lens, causing a soft, hazy white effect).
I think this color palette is evocative of that soft, glowing outline, haha.
Of course, the "OFF BLUE" and "YELLOW" also feature
warm nuances that you don't often see.
When it gets even warmer, wouldn't it look amazing to unbutton the top two or three buttons and wear it with a relaxed, slouchy feel?
In terms of styling, I heard from Sota that
a female staff member at ssstein mentioned that
layering it over the see-through knit we have in the shop
is a really stylish way to wear it.
As someone who’s not exactly a fashion plate, I was like,
"Oh, so that’s a style option too…,"
and I tucked that away as entirely new knowledge, haha.
Because it’s short-sleeved, the possibilities are endless
depending on what you pair it with.
