Hello! I'm Haru, a fashion geek!

As our AW items have steadily started arriving,
they’ve also steadily started to disappear.

This AW season, right from the start,

we’ve received some amazing pieces,
and for the items from KHOKI and
Shuzo Matsuhashi that just dropped,
we’re already down to our last ones.

The same goes for IRENISA, which launched last Saturday,
with items already selling out fast.

The shirts, in particular,

have received a massive response
since the very first day.

However, while I can vouch for the shirts
as a fellow shirt lover, there is one item

that is undeniably the most captivating...

That item is:

IRENISA
-REVERSIBLE STAND-COLLAR BLOUSON-

It’s likely based on a mods coat,

but finished with that modern
IRENISA touch.

It maintains a sophisticated design
while keeping the military essence intact,

yet achieving a perfect balance that
doesn't feel too rugged—that’s IRENISA for you.

The key factor supporting that balance
is, as expected, the "fabric."

I find myself saying this in the blog all the time,

but IRENISA’s fabrics are among the top-tier

highest quality options we offer here at sign.

Also, because this item is reversible,

the inside and outside use different fabrics,
giving it a completely different texture and impression.

The outer side uses the same material
that was so popular in last season’s 26SS:

a high-density twill weave made with Supima cotton.

It’s not just a stiff fabric;

it has a micro-peach finish, making it
firm yet resistant to wrinkling.

And to finish, it’s been tumble-dried,

giving it a soft touch and a
vintage-like feel.

Because it has a wool-like sheen
despite being cotton,

it looks elegant, while the
cotton texture keeps that military-style edge.

Personally, I don't want to wear this coat
in a precious, careful way;

I want to use it roughly, for instance,
keeping it on when I sit on the train,
and let it develop a vintage-like look over time!

The elbow patches, made from Toray’s
artificial leather, provide a
great accent as well.

Conversely, the corduroy on the inside
is for when I want to dress up—a good problem to have, haha.

The lining is a corduroy material woven in the Hamamatsu region,

using Indian organic extra-long staple
cotton called "Suvin."

It has fine wales and a distinct luster
that is just as captivating as the outer layer.

You don't often find yourself actually reversing
reversible items, but this piece makes you want to
switch it up based on your mood or outfit of the day.

It looks great just thrown on casually,
and it’s not as heavy as a full coat.

It’s a perfect piece to grab as
your go-to light outerwear.

By the way, we sold one today and there is only one left.

Items are moving very quickly in the store right now,
so if you’re interested, please don’t wait!
