Hello! I’m Haru, a fashion fanatic!!
Two days ago, we held a year-end party for us staff members only,
and tomorrow we’re having another one with our customers.
Have you already held year-end parties at your workplaces or elsewhere?
Looking back on this past year,
I feel it’s been a fruitful one, filled with many encounters and experiences,
and both my work and personal life have been very fulfilling.
Also, the amount I’ve spent on clothes has increased year by year,
and looking at the total,
I think I’m definitely on the buying side haha.
Thinking back on things like, "I bought that item during the SS season,"
getting the overcoat blouson I had personally been longing for,
and the KHOKI leather jacket were both fantastic purchases.
However, because I spent too much money on that blouson,
I held back and refrained from buying a coat
that I had really wanted.
I thought the AW season would end
without me being able to buy a coat,
and just then!
A coat that had been delayed from that brand finally arrived!
If you couldn't buy an item in the AW season, you can just pick it out in the SS season.
That’s my simple and clear philosophy.
By the way, I had personally pre-ordered this coat…
But, if it sells too fast, there’s a high chance I’ll put it out in the store, and it wouldn't be surprising if it sold out immediately.

I’m sure many of you have been looking forward to this, right?
A trench coat is back from ssstein for the first time in several seasons!
When it comes to ssstein,
they have all sorts of coats,
but I can state for certain that this is undoubtedly one of their most popular items.
Many brands are releasing coats for the 26SS season,
but this one stands out with its majestic, overwhelming presence and the unique design that only ssstein can provide.
The moment I saw this coat, my instincts whispered, "Ah… this is a must-buy."
I recently learned of a concept in the Japanese folk craft movement (mingei) called "chokkan" (intuition),
which is similar to but distinct from the "chokkan" (intuition/instinct) we normally talk about.
It seems to mean seeing beautiful things with "pure eyes" without any preconceived notions;
in other words, it refers to a deeper, essential perception—looking into the future based on experience and viewing the whole picture.
The fact that my "chokkan," nurtured by seeing and touching so many clothes, is telling me this is the one
made me feel certain, and I was right.
This trench coat is made of high-density woven gabardine with a water-repellent finish.
Both the warp and weft yarns are made of 60-count double-twisted yarn of ultra-long staple Supima cotton,
woven into a high-density gabardine and treated with a water-repellent finish.
As the name suggests, it uses a vintage coat as its design source, adjusted with a contemporary approach to the details.
The fabric isn't just given a worn-in vintage look;
it adds nuance to the iridescent (tamamushi) hue,
creating a depth that looks like it’s been worn for years—a devilish act meant to pull us fashion lovers into the swamp.
