Hello! I’m Haru, a fashion geek!!
The calmanthology POP UP event
that started yesterday.
Today, the designer, Mr. Kaneko, was in the store,
and we had many people visit us from opening time!
Whether it's people picking out their first pair
of calmanthology at this POP UP,
or people having the shoes they love and wear
regularly taken care of,
the space, filled with a mix of various emotions,
has a sophisticated, adult mood,
like a secret hideaway for grown-ups.
Watching Mr. Kaneko polish shoes
is so cool,
as he uses various tools to make the shoes
being cared for shine more beautifully with each moment,
his shoe-shining movements are so graceful that, before you know it,
there were many times when all the staff and customers
were just staring at Mr. Kaneko haha.
Some customers are even using the ultimate power of their
bonuses to gear up not just their footwear,
but also their outerwear and pants, wrapping themselves
in sign items to sharpen their fangs for the approaching X-day.
Oh man... I usually wear my "battle gear" just in case I need to fight at any moment,
but it seems no opponent ever shows up to challenge me haha.
It's like someone sprayed my clothes with gold—
there's just nobody there.
Yes.
Today is the only day Mr. Kaneko will be here,
but the POP UP continues through next week,
so we hope to propose your ideal pair of shoes
through our unique "sign" perspective.
