Uses denim fabric from a manufacturer in operation since the early 1900s that prioritizes value-added craftsmanship over mass production, even at the cost of production efficiency.
While using thick warp threads, adjustments to thread shape and low-twist spinning create a light, gentle texture.
The clear blue color achieved through pure indigo is another distinct feature.
Sharing the same warp thread as our standard denim, we have changed the weft count to achieve a balanced 13oz weight with a beautiful drape.
The flare denim features a relaxed fit around the waist, a leg that doesn't taper too tightly at the knee, and a natural flare silhouette toward the hem.
Following the historical European practice of finishing hems with a blind stitch to avoid an overly casual look, these are hand-finished with a blind hem.
