A thermal cut-and-sew garment crafted from fabric featuring a waffle-like textured surface and a flat-knit reverse side, designed to reduce stretching and sagging after wear and maintain its shape. It is resistant to shrinkage and built for long-term use. The material combines extra-long staple cotton with a specialty polyester yarn; the latter is created by randomly arranging trilobal and round filaments with microscopic grooves, then twisting them to generate ultra-fine gaps between the fibers. This construction provides excellent moisture absorption and diffusion for a dry, comfortable feel, while also delivering an elegant luster.
