A crew-neck cardigan featuring Shetland wool on the exterior and cotton against the skin. The designer, feeling that the only downside to Shetland wool is its itchiness, sought to retain its character while creating something better; this material overcomes that drawback by using soft, thick cotton on the skin-facing side. The rough texture of the surface has been softened with a slight fulling process, giving it a well-worn feel that removes the sense of it being brand new. This season features a crochet bird motif. It is a design born from the idea of creating something cute with a whimsical, accidental quality. It features thumbholes, allowing you to peek them out from an outer layer as arm warmers. Even if not used as arm warmers, the extremely long ribbed cuffs and lantern-like puffed sleeves are a silhouette proposed by MIDTHINGS. It uses shell buttons, each with its own unique, irregular shape.
